RESPONSIVE ACCELERATORThe accelerator button is very responsive to touch & gives you almost instant feedback. This makes the ride easier to control & accelerating much smoother. COMFORT GRIPSA comfortable grip on the handlebars makes long rides easier to manage. The handlebar is made of TPR material which makes grip more comfortable too. ALL-IN-ONE DASHBOARDThe illuminated dashboard gives you real-time data on your ride. It tells you speed, battery life, speed mode, lock status, light status & more! MULTIFUNCTIONAL POWER BUTTONNaturally, you expect a power button to turn on & turn off a device. The power button on the Mi Electric Scooter 1S also changes speed modes & turns the headlights on & off. DOUBLE BRAKESThe dual brake system on the 1S makes stopping quicker & safer. The back wheel utilises a large brake disc & the front wheel uses an E-ABS regenerative anti-lock braking system. The brakes work in tandem, when one is activated the other will activate after to shorten the brake distance. IMPROVED TYRESThe 1S comes with 8.5″ air filled tyres. They have been greatly improved from the original Xiaomi Electric scooters & now offer 3 times more durability. This leads to increased puncture resistance & robustness. This also gives is a more comfortable ride on gravel, dirt roads & grass. They still run as smooth as ever on flat roads. ULTRA-BRIGHT HEADLIGHTThe headlight on the Mi Electric Scooter 1S has been upgraded. It’s 2W power & anti-dazzle angle give you a much safer driving experience at night. The headlight is activated by pressing the power button. UPGRADED TAIL LIGHTThe tail light works along side the headlight to give you increased visibility. The tail light automatically turns on when the headlight is on & will blink when the brakes are pressed. It also features a rear reflector, adding further safety to your ride. Three speed modes The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 1S features 3 speed modes to suit your journey. Use the pedestrian mode for when you need to slowly navigate. Use the standard mode for every day commuting journeys. The sports mode will give you the maximum speed for times when you need that extra kick! Changing speed mode is easy on the Mi Essential Scooter, simply press the power button twice & it will cycle between the modes.
Easy fold system Utilise the 3 second easy fold system to make carrying & storing this Xiaomi Scooter easier. The low density, aluminium alloy frame means it weighs in at only 12.5 KG. Easy to see An upgrade from the previous Xiaomi Electric Scooters is the addition of reflectors. These have been added to the front, sides & tail light. This gives you increased visibility & safety when riding at night. Quick fold system Coming in at a height of 49cm & a weight of 12.5 kg, the Mi Scooter 1S is easy to store & carry around. This is made even easier thanks to the easy fold system which takes just 3 seconds. Improved energy recovery The kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) has been fully upgraded, and the energy conversion efficiency has been further improved. It can recover the kinetic energy of each braking and non-powered coasting, and convert it into usable electrical energy to further improve the cruising range.
